Salil Kumar, Founder and CTO

Salil has over 25 years of experience in Consulting and Product Development with a focus on Cloud, Big Data & Analytics. Salil is an extremely hands-on Architect with a unique ability to apply technology solutions for solving complex business problems. He has architected highly scalable Cloud/SaaS applications that met very stringent performance requirements and were instrumental in driving business growth. In addition, he has an in-depth understanding of Data Management challenges and solutions including designing and deploying a successful Data Lake Architecture.

Salil has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Salil has worked for industry leading companies including Life Technologies that delivered the instruments/reagents and software for the Human Genome Project, Accenture US Consulting in the core architecture group, and Exponential/Tribal Fusion ad network.

Salil heads the technology architecture group at Hadoolytics and works closely with Clients to understand their requirements and come up with Architecture Definition, Design, Implementation, Support, and Deployment of Cloud/Saas and Big Data applications.

 

Nick Vaidya, VP, Strategy and Growth

Known as the BlindSpotter, Nick Vaidya is the VP of Strategy and Growth at Hadoolytics. Nick is also the founder and Managing Editor of the CEO Magazine and was on the Chairman’s Strategy Team at Dell managing a multi-billion dollar line of products. His advice on improving stability and growth is much sought after by C- Level executives.

 

Abhinav Awasthi, VP, Solutions Delivery

Abhinav is a Certified Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience in various aspects of Information Technology, Project Management, Business Analysis & Business process analysis. He has successfully managed and delivered large scale projects & programs. Abhinav’s extensive experience has allowed him to develop an ability to balance the responsibility of multiple projects simultaneously including Infrastructure & Application Development Projects. Abhinav’s capabilities have been honed while working with market leaders like ALLY Financials, General Motors, Gilbane Building Company, Cap Gemini, HP & Accenture.

Abhinav leads the Solutions delivery teams at Hadoolytics. He is in charge of keeping the projects on track while navigating through the full life cycle. Abhinav also works closely with development & QA teams to ensure high quality deliverables as per client’s requirements.

 

Domenic Policicchio, Director, Business Development

Domenic Policicchio brings years of Public as well as Private sector experience to Hadoolytics and as Director of Business Development, he spearheads our revenue generation efforts. Domenic takes pride in creating a healthy mix of Corporate and Community Involvement. A member of several political clubs and an avid basketball player he has recently received nomination for Crain’s Detroit Twenty in their 20s.
